uh this is for a good friend of mine, I wasn't sure of her colourings so I just wen't with what I like ^.^;;
This is Hazel I drew her in spring time colours since I think she needs to blossom  *cheese*I had trouble decideing what to draw for her since pinning people like her and me down is never a simple task... but I figured that since the theame for this years Minami (english anime con) is yaku- ya- uh... those festival kimono duds I would have a go at drawing some of those... and I wanted to try useing Photoshop to colour again... note... I STILL SUCK AT PS!!! I kinda drew in the background and got boored ^.^;; anyways! Merry Christmas Hazel *hugs* |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. you must be joking to PS skills are great, maybe i don't know anything about PS but that is seriously kewl.
the hair is awesome. i was sitting staring at it for a few mins and new straight away it was hazel.
but the detail look and feel is great.
i look the innocent /embaressed look.

i really dig the colouring on the scarf and the green behind... it really brings out the creases and textures.
the hair is pretty :3 and the butterflies on the kimono really add to colour :3

I just scanned in the inked lineart and coloured it... I thought it look sloppy ^.^;

I chickend out on the colouring I wanted it to be more like the background is... but since this is a pic for someone elese I got to worried of killing it. plus im lazy HEE HEE
